Please arrive at the scheduled time of your appointment time and we will see you into your treatment room as soon as we are able. Be advised that late arrivals will result in shortened treatments and that we may be unable to accommodate delays of more than 15 minutes - in this case, you will be charged for the session and will need to rebook.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment with Carolann, please do so within at least 48 hours. We reserve the right to charge $80 for any last-minute cancellations or missed appointments
